Eleuthera Sugar Pineapple

Grown only on the bluffs of Eleuthera, this heirloom variety is picked fully tree-ripened so the flesh turns deep gold and honey-sweet with almost no bite. Eat fresh, grill it, or blend it into a sky-juice.
